The ISHU designed 96 pieces of ‘RD20’ scarfs for Jay-Z’s pop-up store in New York . Roc-A-Fella co-founder Kareem ‘Biggs’ Burke launched this special event in honour of the 20th anniversary of Jay Z’s debut album, Reasonable Doubt. The store was modelled after D&D studio’s where the album was recorded in 1996 and attendees got to know a new kind of retail experience.  They were immersed into the 60’s and got the chance to buy the very limited Reasonable Doubt Collection.

Head designer and founder of the ISHU Saif Sidiqqui designed 96 ‘RD20’ invisibility cloaks for the event, which even made the Jay-Z fans disappear. The ISHU is luxury handmade clothing with nanotechnology-print, which blacks out all mobile phone pictures and videos when flash is used. The brand claims privacy back as the wearer won’t be in unwanted pictures on Facebook, Instagram or Snapchat as it ‘ruins’ all images.

ISHU’s first collection consists of scarfs and phone cases. During New York Fashion Week, The ISHU lanched its ‘Anonymous Season 1’ collection, adding men’s, women’s and kids fashion items to the mix.
